We ship to All Provinces in Canada FREE. Please contact us for delivery outside Canada. Various Shipping method is employed (Canada Post, Fedex, Purolator, Own Delivery within GTA), depending on location, to keep free shipping possible. In most cases, 3- 5 days delivery is the standard, however, we ask that some items be given 7-10 days allowance for items not in stock. Some items may be shipped directly from our Partner Manufacturer to reduce delivery time if not in stock. If an item is urgently needed, we can arrange express delivery within 24 hours depending on location. In this urgent case, please let us know.
Free Delivery is available Canada-Wide. If your purchase will be delivered outside Ontario, shipping charges will be determined based on the location and/or weight. The selection is up to you, the shopper. Shipping costs will be transfered without interest and added to the total cost manually. An email will be sent to verify charges.
We stock minimum items based on orders and re-stock weekly based on statistics and interest. Our relationaship with our Partners allow us to fullfill any orders immediately within our delivery timeframe. Sometimes, delay do occur beyond our control. Although we do try to keep stock on main items in-house, In some cases, depending on your location and quantity ordered, we will ship directly from our vendor partners. This will enable a faster delivery.
After placement of order, an Order Acknowledgement email will confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each items. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information if applicable. If at any time there is a delay or problem fulfilling an order, we will contact you to keep you informed. Please feel free to contact us about any concerns.
For economic reasons, we currently only serve the Canada region. If you are outside Canada and wish to place an order, please send an email to confirm shipping charges.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We will replace all items within timely manner based on availability and process means for the return. In some cases, the return form must be filled out at the Vendor Manufaturer and we will honour replacement guided by the manaufacturer. Please contact us for any queries and see Return Policy below.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so at anytime before item is shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a full refund. See our Return policy below.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange in the original packaging and state it was received. Refunds will be as per vendor and/or store policy and so it is advised that the vendor site be referred in relevant cases.
Return shipping charges, if applied, must be handled by the customer and is not refunded at any time. You can, return item(s) by hand to the Return address location below. Any claims for damaged order or missing items delivered to you must be received within 14 business days of receipt of package. Exchange will be made immediately or next business weekday on receipt of goods providing availability of replacement.
In case the following conditions are not met, MICCA Solutions reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the return. See Returns and Warranty in Policies & Guide below
--the item(s) must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase
--items and packaging must be received in new condition
--the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
--packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
--Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box- if applied
--return package must include copy of the original invoice or sale receipt

It is advised that all ordering be completed online for tracking and reporting purposes. If for some reason you are unable to complete or make an order, please Contact Sales with the items for order and we will help process on your behal in the system for documenting and reporting reasons. No order, unless authorized purchase Orders, will be processed for fulfillment without payment.
You can pay with any credit card through our Paypal Express checkout. WE DO NOT PROCESS CREDIT CARDS on this site and you will therefore be directed to paypals secure payment gateway for payment to email@example.com. The pricing on this website are final unless promotional coupons are applied. We do not price match because of our already low or no margins.
Occasionally, we will offer discount on items through promotions. A coupon code will be given and should be used on checkout page.
